He's a young one so I would still appreciate any help offered. Any help? Also, I don't know what he does with this computer as I gave it to him when I upgraded it but I know he dabbles in piracy. I see the files are in malwarebytes history but I cannot restore them and root out the malware on my own as they are marked for delete on reboot, despite the computer being rebooted multiple times. He said he used malwarebytes to scan and remove the threats, which were a lot from what I can see in the log, and now his computer always goes to a blue screen with just a cursor after the welcome. He had downloaded something, told me he forgot what it was, and said his computer started installing random things and he was getting constant pop-ups. Yes, my brother uses a gaming desktop very frequently and comes to me whenever he has problems but this time I am stumped.
